Description: Recreation professionals work one to one with children, youth or adults with disabilities, mental health or those that face social isolation due to disease, illness or injury. Services are provided in virtual space and are person centred to promote inclusion, participation and connectivity with others. One to one services can be short or long term and are goal directed.
