Description: The Northwestern Ontario FASD Diagnostic Clinic, supported by FIREFLY, is an Interdisciplinary team that includes a Clinic Coordinator, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Psychometrist, Psychologist, Physician, FASD Worker and a Bi-Cultural Clinician. Clinics run in Kenora, Fort Frances and Sioux Lookout and may also run in other communities in the Kenora/Rainy River District. Referrals accepted for children and youth up to the age of 18 (or 21 if involved with the justice system).
