Living Our Best Life: Finding Mindful Moments in our Busy and Complicated World

This session will focus on physical and mental wellness and explore ways to create peaceful moments amidst the many challenges that are faced on a regular basis. Participants will explore the meaning of acceptance, and the term ‘self-care’ and what these concepts actually look like in real homes. Participants will also explore how these concepts relate to our ability to be the best version of ourselves while being the ‘best’ for the ones that we love.
