Description: Access to the clinic is limited to children and mothers who are clients of Breaking the Cycle (BTC), a Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) / Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) serving pregnant women and / or parents with substance use problems as well as their young children (birth – 6 years).
