The 2021 London FASD Conference planning committee is pleased to invite abstract submissions for featured oral and poster presentations to be delivered at this year’s virtual conference.
Abstract topics may be research-based or practice-based. This conference is inclusive of individuals from various personal and professional backgrounds and we request that abstracts are accessible and relevant across disciplines. Submitted abstracts will be assessed for clarity, appropriate methodology and data analysis, novelty, and overall significance to the FASD community.
Abstracts selected for a poster presentation will be asked to prepare a high-resolution digital poster and a brief 5-minute video presentation explaining their research. Select abstracts will be invited to deliver a 10-15 minute slide-based oral presentation. Trainees and junior faculty will be given priority for presentations.

Submission Guidelines
Please organize your abstract using the following headings: Title, Background & Research Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Abstracts should be double-spaced and use an 11-point font minimum. The maximum word count is 250. We will consider submissions for studies currently in progress, although preference will be given to completed projects.

Prizes
The best poster and best oral presentation delivered by a trainee will each be awarded $250 and a certificate of recognition.
